WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All orders are final sale and non-refundable.
We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as perfect as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow at least one week for delivery. Most of our curated gifts are processed within 1-2 business days. If you need your order on or by a specific date please email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to make it happen!
We ship via Canada Post. Final shipping costs will be displayed when you are completing your order and will vary depending on the weight of your gift(s).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number and shipment notification email. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder. After 48 hours of order placement and you haven't received an email with this information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I supplied incorrect information?
We will do our best to accommodate if we have not already sent your order out (our processing time is 1-2 business days). Please email us at email@example.com and we’ll do everything we can to help.
Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season and to ensure timely delivery, we encourage our customers to place their orders as soon as possible. During the month of December, Bennett Box Gift CO order processing times may experience a delay. Please consider that our chosen shipping carriers may have their own delays. All actual delivery time frames are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
